<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the certainty of setting of the gain of a receiving system by effectively shutting unwanted signals from an antenna during the actuation of an automatic noise level control circuit. SOLUTION: This transceiver comprises an RF(radio frequency) low-noise amplifier 4 for amplifying RF signals within an active transmission-reception module Mn having the functions of amplifying input and output signals and adjusting phase, an RF low-noise amplifier 8 for amplifying the RF signals from an active transmission-reception module Mn, an automatic noise level control circuit 12 serving to prevent fluctuation of signal noise level by holding the gain of a receiving system circuit constant, a power supply 13 to the RF low-noise amplifier 8 that constitutes an RF front end, a mechanical shutter 14 for turning on and off the RF signals that are signals outputted from the active transmission-reception module, a first switch S1 for turning on and off the RF signals within the active transmission-reception module, and a second switch S2 for turning on and off the power supply 13.</p> |
