PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent oil compression or the like in addition to the ensurement of lubrication in a compressor and the improvement of heat exchanging efficiency in a freezing circuit. SOLUTION: A compressor is provided with an oil separating mechanism and an oil storing chamber 44 interiorly fitted in a high pressure area successively from a discharge chamber 17, oil supply passage 61a and 61b for flowing back oil stored in the oil storing chamber 44 to a suction system, and valve means provided in the oil supply passage 61a and 61b. The valve means is provided with a first valve chamber 55a where one of areas partitioned by a bellows 56 is connected to the oil supply passage 61b of a downstream side, a second valve chamber 55b placed adjacently to the first valve chamber 55a via a partition plate and connected to the oil supply passage 61a of an upstream side, and a valve element 59 extended from the bellows 56 to open/close a valve hole put through the partition plate by a compression chamber pressure applied via the deformation of the bellows 56. When the compression chamber pressure applied on the valve element 59 is overwhelmed by the elastic recovering force of the bellows 56, the valve hole is closed.
