PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an Nb solid electrolytic capacitor for which the abnormal frequency characteristic behavior of a dielectric loss (tanδ) is suppressed. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing an Nb solid electrolytic capacitor, the capacitor is manufactured by forming a laminated film upon a first laminated body provided with an Nb anode body, an Nb oxide layer, and a solid electrolyte layer formed in the Nb oxide layer. The method includes a step of removing the adsorbed water between the Nb oxide layer and the solid electrolyte layer by heat-treating the first laminated body or a second laminated formed by laminating one or more films in the first laminated body at 200-240 deg.C in a nitrogen atmosphere.
