PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polybutene resin composition with excellent transparency, heat resistance, resilience and flexibility. SOLUTION: This polybutene resin composition comprises (A) 99-1 wt.% of a polybutene-based polymer containing >=70 mol% of repeating unit derived from 1-butene and (B) 1-99 wt.% of a polypropylene-based polymer containing 10-99 mol% of repeating unit derived from propylene, and has a single tanδpeak between -100 deg.C to 100 deg.C which represents its glass transition temperature and is determined based on the temperature dispersion of its solid viscoelasticity.
