VIRTUAL PLANT SIMULATION DEVICE AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain model constitution for changing the constitution of an equipment model with the change of a real machine or independently executing the simulation of a controller part and that of a machine part. SOLUTION: A virtual plant system is constituted of plural virtual equipment simulators 21 each of which is provided with a virtual controller 23 for simulating a controller and a virtual machine 22 for simulating the motion of a machine and a virtual plant kernel 20 provided with an execution processing part 14 for executing simulation using the simulator 21, an interference checking processing part 16 for checking the three-dimensional(3D) shape interference of an equipment model, a simulation time management processing part 17 for managing time in the simulation and a 3D shape display processing part 18 for executing 3D shape display processing for the equipment model.
