PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an output waveform of a pressure sensor from being misdetected as urine even when hydraulic pressure of liquid of a trap part varies due to atmospheric pressure variation on the side of a drain pipe and it becomes a waveform similar to urine. SOLUTION: Pressure of liquid of a trap part is detected by a first sensor part 11, atmospheric pressure on the side of a drain pipe 3 is detected by a second sensor part 19 and it is discriminated as urination by a first temporary discrimination part 13 in accordance with output of the first sensor part 11. Additionally, it is constituted to finally discriminate it as urination when it is discriminated as urination at a second temporary discrimination part 23 in accordance with differential output of both of the sensor parts 10, 19.
