PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the cam positioning structure of indexing drive to prevent the occurrence of a adjustment deviation and high assembly precision during adjustment of engagement between a cam and a roller follower. SOLUTION: The two bearing holders 18 of a cam shaft 3 is fastened by a bolt such that a fixing position is adjustable in an arbitrary direction within a surface extending orthogonally to the axial direction of a cam shaft along the side wall of each housing 2. Further, a first reference surface to effect axial positioning and a second reference surface to effect positioning in a right- angled direction relative to an axial direction are respectively formed relative to a reference surface formed at a bearing holder axially of an output shaft. Engagement between a cam 4 and a roller follower 6 arranged at a follower wheel 7 is adjusted in a way that the bearing holder 18 is positioned based on the reference surface. |
