PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even persons handicapped in sight, such as blind persons and weakly sighted persons, to directly confirm the positions where data symbols are printed and to read these data symbols by forming the printing regions of information recording symbols as recessed parts or projecting parts. SOLUTION: The secondary data symbols 4 are formed into a square shape and many bar-like symbols are longitudinally and transversely arrayed within their regions, there by, commodity information, such as commodity codes, commodity names, content quantities, the number of pieces, prices, and the voice data of such commodity information are previously converted and recorded. The regions 6 where these data symbols 4 are printed, are formed as the recessed parts by embossing and are formed to the state recessing from the surface of a merchandise ordering sheet 1. The sensing of their positions by a finger touch is made possible. The size of the regions 6 to be embossed suffices with a size properly larger than the size of the data symbols 4 as the excessively large size of the regions 6 makes the specification of the positions of the data symbols 4 difficult. The shape of the regions 6 may be polygonal, circular or elliptical.
