PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filth-throwing device for assisting which avoids emitting an offensive odor during treatment, for easily hygienically cleaning a portable night chair after throwing the filth, easy to open and shut a mouth for inspection or a sewage measure without giving a burden to a body, easy to clean the portable night chair, a diaper and or the like, and which is considered thoughtfully to an environmental point of view. SOLUTION: A filth-throwing device 1 for assisting, which is used by assembling to a mouth for inspection or a sewage measure of a mouth of a soil pipe or a sewer positioned at the outdoors, has a main body 2 for throwing filthy-things for assisting, an inserting mouth 3 which is provided at a lower section of the main body 2 for engaging into the mouth for inspection or the sewage measure, and a stable stage 9. A lid 5 is assembled on an upper section of the main body 1 when it is necessary.
