摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a heat sink that is capable of absorbing vibrations keeping high in heat dissipating effect by a method wherein a heat transfer sheet is interposed between a heat releasing body and a heat sink, they are bound together with a binding means, and the heat transfer sheet is made to have a vibration absorbing function. SOLUTION: A heat transfer sheet 20 is composed of two parts that are corresponding to a temperature distribution on the heat releasing surface 31a of a hard disk drive device, where the two parts are composed of a part that comes into contact with the comparative low-temperature part of the heat dissipating surface 31a and is provided with a large number of through-holes 20a and a part that comes into contact with the high-temperature part of the releasing surface 31a and its vicinity and is provided with through-holes 20a which are gradually lessened in number and area as they approach the high-temperature part. A heat sink, the heat transfer sheet 20, and a hard disk drive device are firmly bound together with a pressing plate 40 and screws 42. The high temperature part of the heat releasing surface 31a gets wider in contact area than the low-temperature part, so that the high- temperature part is capable of transferring more heat to the heat sink than the low- temperature part. Air present in through-holes provided to the heat transfer sheet 20 serves to absorb the vibration energy of the hard disk drive mechanism, so that the heat sink is capable of absorbing vibrations keeping its heat dissipating properties high.
