PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clear picture in the observation of reflection by incorporating a specified inorg. phosphor into a substrate or at least one of photographic constituent layers. SOLUTION: An inorg. phosphor produced without passing through a pulverizing step and/or a crushing step is incorporated into a substrate or at least one of photographic constituent layers. The inorg. phosphor is produced without carrying out particle diameter control by a pulverizing step and/or a crushing step in the production of the matrix or after the addition of an activator. The phosphor is produced by adopting a liq. phase process in the synthesis of the matrix. An inorg. oxide, particularly (X)3Al16O27, (X)4Al14O25 or (X)3Al2Si2O8 (X is an alkaline earth metal) is suitable for use as the matrix of the inorg. phosphor.
