PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition satisfying heat resistance (including resistance to heat deterioration), resistance to dynamic fatigue and abrasion resistance by including a specific olefin-nonconjugated polyene copolymer rubber and others. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene-3-12Cα-olefin-nonconjugated polyene copolymer rubber having diene unit derived from a nonconjugated diene of formula I or formula II (R1 and R3 are each H or a 1-10C alkyl; R2 is H or a 1-5C alkyl; (n) is 0-10), (B) 1-10 pts.wt. of an organic peroxide, (C) 5-30 pts.wt. of anα,β-unsaturated organic acid metal salt, and (D) 10-100 pts.wt. of carbon black; wherein for the component A, it is preferable that the molar ratio ethylene/α-olefin is (50:50) to (90:10), the content of the nonconjugated polyene is 0.2-10 wt.%, and the intrinsic viscosity [η] determined in decalin at 35 deg.C is 1.0-4 dl.
