A monoclonal antibody c143 to be used in detecting a bovine individual with a possibility of the onset of bovine leukemia; a monoclonal antibody to be used in detecting a bovine individual with a possibility of the onset of bovine leukemia which has substantially the same reactivity as the monoclonal antibody c143 with bovine MHC Class II DR molecules showing a possibility of the onset of bovine leukemia; and drugs for diagnosing the possibility of the onset of bovine leukemia which contain the above monoclonal antibodies. Thus, a bovine individual with a possibility of the onset of bovine leukemia can be conveniently and exactly detected.
