A communication node is composed of a communication controller for transmitting information to be transmitted through a transmission line according to a transmission command and storing information received through the transmission line in a storage, and a data processor for calculating the time taken to transmit information from the node based on the received information and the information preset in the node by detecting the write of the information received by the communication controller, measuring the calculated time taken for the transmission from the time when the end of the write by the communication controller is detected, and notifying the communication controller of the command to transmit information from the node.
