METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A PRINTING VOLTAGE OF A PICTURE FORMING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A method for controlling a printing voltage of a picture forming apparatus is provided, which adjusts a printing voltage according to a circumstance temperature of a circumference of a fixing device to prevent a change of a printing quality. CONSTITUTION: The method for controlling a printing voltage of a picture forming apparatus comprises the steps of: storing a current temperature and a printing voltage value corresponding to the current temperature as a look-up table type; (S10) detecting the current temperature from a temperature sensing device when a picture forming is operated; (S20) detecting the printing voltage corresponding to the current temperature detected in the detecting step (S10); and electrifying a printing roller according the printing voltage value. Thereby, it is possible to improve the printing quality.
