PURPOSE: An outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to include a propeller fan being arranged in a case and an outlet grille being arranged in the outlet surface of the propeller fan. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor unit of a separate type air conditioner having a propeller fan (2) disposed in a casing (1) and a blow grille (4) disposed on the output side of the propeller fan (2). The transfer grille (4) has a rectangular air outlet opening (8), and a plurality of blades (5) in parallel at prescribed spacings in the opening (8). On both sides of a plane (P) having a prescribed crossing angle (.thgr.) in the revolving direction of the fan with respect to a straight line in the lengthwise direction of the blades (5) and passing the central axis of the fan (2), the inlet angle (alphaA) of a part (5A) of the blades (5) located in the area on one side (C1) of the plane (P) and the inlet angle (alphaB) in a part (5B) located in the area on the other side (C2) of the plane (P) differ from each other.
