PURPOSE: A fault detection circuit for system safety of electro-mobile is provided to greatly stabilize the system by previously removing the fault of a local elements, etc. CONSTITUTION: The fault detection circuit for system safety of electro-mobile comprises: the first filter(100) for removing the outside noise carried in the voltage input from a main battery; a switching device(200) for switching the voltage input via said first filter by an assistant battery; a transformer(300) transforming the voltage input via said switching device into the voltage suitable to the assistant battery; a rectifier(400) rectifying unnecessary part among the voltage input via said transformer; the second filter(500) for removing the noise in the voltage input via said transformer; a controller(600) comparing the voltage from said second filter with a reference voltage to control the switching device; a wave detector(700) comparing the voltage applied from said rectifier with the reference voltage and then applying it to a main controller; and a main controller(800) deciding whether or not a fault signal is present in accordance with the voltage applied from said wave detector.
