PURPOSE: A fine crushing device is provided to improve the efficiency of crushing and to save a running cost by efficiently crushing the crushed material with a rotary blade root vehicle and turning current. CONSTITUTION: The fine crushing method is comprised of the steps of: sending the crushed material back to the inner circumferential direction of a turning route of a casing while crushing the crushed material inserted into the rotary central part of the lower disk of a rotary blade root trolley rotating in an inserting pipe; crushing the crushed material with the energy of a warm current of the turning current by the inner circumferential face of the cashing of the multi-shaped and an evenness part after carrying the crushed material on the turning current flowing on the circumferential face of the cashing of the turning route.
