PURPOSE: A digital motor control center unit is provided to prevent surge current generated as power appliance/break to a motor and to shorten a time required to install and keep, and to fabricate at a cheap cost. CONSTITUTION: A digital motor control center unit comprises a contact-pointless driver(52,54), contact-point driver(52,54) and a controller(70). The contact-pointless driver(52,54) gradually increases initially inputted power till arriving at normal motor driving voltage during a predetermined time and applies to an external motor. The contact-point driver(52,54) converts the contact-pointless driver to open status after arriving the normal driving voltage, and applies the open voltage to the external motor. The controller(70) determines appliance of the power to the external motor by the contact-point driver according whether the voltage inputted continuously is normal or not.
