PURPOSE: A substance lens gradient adjusting apparatus of light pick-up is provided to adjust gradient of a substance lens gradient after assembling a light pick-up. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a pick-up base movably installed according to a radius direction of a light disk, a rotation plate rotatable installed on a pick-up base, a lens holder safely arrived on the rotation plate, and a hemisphere-typed protrusion formed by protruding from lower of the lens holder and for forming a rotation axis of the lens holder on the rotation plate by connecting upper face of the rotation plate.
