PURPOSE: A circuit for generating a liquid crystal driving voltage is provided, which embodies an improved picture quality. CONSTITUTION: The circuit for generating a liquid crystal driving voltage comprises: a timing controller (100) for generating a pre-vertical start signal before a liquid crystal driving voltage is provided to a load and generating a various control signal including a vertical start signal for controlling a liquid driving circuit; and a DC-DC converter (200) for being synchronized to the pre-vertical start signal inputted from the timing controller (100), amplifying the level of the liquid crystal driving voltage to output, and being synchronized to the vertical start signal to output a liquid driving voltage with a normal level, wherein the period of the pre-vertical start signal is identical to that of the vertical start signal. Thereby, it is possible to obtain the improvement of the picture quality.
