<p>PURPOSE: A soil conditioner is provided to recycle a paper sludge and contains an organic dolomite component, thereby providing both organic and inorganic fertilizers. CONSTITUTION: The soil conditioner comprises an organic lime as a principal component. The organic lime is prepared by mixing 35 to 45 parts by weight of powdery pulp sludge, 35 to 45 parts by weight of powdery dolomite, 10 to 20 parts by weight of cement, 1 to 3 parts by weight of a hardening agent and 2 to 7 parts by weight of water, aging the mixture and forming and drying the aged mixture into granules. The hardening agent comprises 6 to 7 parts by weight of sodium chloride, 1 to 2 parts by weight of ammonium chloride, 5 to 6 parts by weight of potassium carbonate, 5 to 7 parts by weight of sodium carbonate, 0.2 to 0.5 part by weight of cobalt chloride and 77.5 to 82.8 parts by weight of water.</p> |
