PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling a multi-spindle synchronous driving is provided to be capable of being a good product processing by minimizing a range of an error, and to magnify an efficiency by determining a working of a subordinary spindle according to a driving state of a main spindle so as to remove an unnecessary working. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus, a microprocessor(300) transfers data associated with a driving, and a plurality of synchronous driving spindle control part(310a-310n) receive the transferred data to output a location and speed command to a driving device of a corresponding control spindle. Each of the synchronous driving spindle control part comprises a clock control part(311), a synchronous rate setting part(312), a speed determining part(313), a divider(314), and a location detecting part(315). The cock control part intercepts or supplies an externally applied clock signal according to an inputted clock control signal in order to control a driving timing. The setting part converts an inputted synchronous spindle speed value into a set synchronous rate value, and the speed determining part determines a speed value(a division value) according to a preset inputted location value. The divider receives a clock signal of the clock control part and the division value to generate a clock signal corresponding thereto, and the location detecting part detects a present location in response to an output of the divider to output the detected location to the speed determining part and to the exterior.
