PURPOSE: A vacuum compression preventing system of a scroll compressor is provided to prevent the inside of a compressor from forming vacuum when generating the hallow of a piping line. CONSTITUTION: The vacuum compression preventing system of a scroll compressor installs:an upper and a lower frame(4)(4') installed on the upper and the lower area inside of a closed container(3); a fixing scroll(5) installed on the upper frame(4); a pocket(P) provided on the fixing scroll; a turning scroll(6) installed to be revolved; a high/low pressure partition(7) having a refrigerant exhaust hole(7a) provided in the center of the upper area of the fixing scroll; a stator(9) and a rotor(10) constituting a motor(8) on the upper area of the lower frame; and a bypass valve(13) installed on the upper area of the upper inlet of a bypass hole(5b).
