PURPOSE: A spinning custody is provided to improve the crimp manifesting property by differing the width of each slit to compose the spinneret, and to prevent the concentration of the outer force in a joining part of the slit by putting a section of the slit, the joining part, in a side part of a triangle shape among a fiber section. CONSTITUTION: The spinning custody comprises: three circular slits(1)(2)(3) internally touched an outer circumference of each end of the slits in a perfect square of the l length of one side; three slits(1)(2)(3) formed a part located at an apex of the perfect square in a circular form of the radius of (d); the width(a) of the slit(1) formed larger than the width(b) of the slits(2)(3). Therefore the difference of the cooling speed is expanded, and the crimp manifesting property is improved by expanding the difference of the shrinking rate by contacting the cooling air in a fiber part spun from thin slits(2)(3) among the melted and spun hollow fiber. |
