PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality by improving the shape and size accuracy of a rare earth magnet, without deteriorating the packing density of magnet powder. SOLUTION: The high density of magnetic powder is realized by liquid resin 3 coated on the surface of rough powder 1 of rare earth magnet powder 1 and fine powder 2 adhered to the outer surface of the liquid resin 3, and the liquid resin 3 is sealed so as not to leak to the outside by increasing the substantial grain diameter of the fine powder 2 with a capsule body 5 of the fine powder 2. Thus, the fluidity of granulated powder (compound) can be improved, and satisfactory packing work can be attained without generating troubles, such as bridging when packing the granulated powder in a metallic mold. |
