PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable minimizing, high density capacity increasing and high transfer rate increasing by joining and integrating a pair of half parts forming a metallic magnetic film to be a magnetic core on a magnetic substrate through low temperature metallic diffusion bonding and forming a thin film coil on a joining surface at least on one part of a pair of half parts of the magnetic core. SOLUTION: A first shield core 11 has a surface nearly perpendicularly crossing a medium sliding surface (m) enlarged in the direction of getting away from the medium sliding surface (m) in comparison with a second shielding core 12, and a second shield core 12 is joined through a gap (g) to the side of the medium sliding surface (m) of the first shield core 11. By a magnetism sensing part 13, an MR element and a SAL film are each held between non magnetic thin layers and are arranged in a gap (g) between joining surfaces of the first shielding core 11 and the second shielding core 12. A pair of electric conductors 22, 23 become electrodes to supply sense current to the MR element 13 and each of the one end is connected to the MR element 13 through ferromagnetic materials 20, 21.
