PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management system where the document indicating individual display information which is referring to a a deleted document is also automatically deleted. SOLUTION: In a document management system which can call out the contents of a document corresponding to the displayed document indicating individual display information after indicating this display information, an inter- document relation storage part 4 stores plural documents stored in a document storage part 2 and corresponding to the said individual display information that is referring to each document. When a document is deleted, a control part 1 refers to the part 4 to decide the presence or absence of the individual display information corresponding to the document to be deleted and then deletes the information when the presence of it is decided. At the same time, the said individual display information or a list of these information is shown at a display part 3. |
