PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange various pieces of information from outside, to facilitate registration, deletion and compilation of the content of a telephone number memory and to effectively use information by installing a user interface having the storage means for various pieces of information, and an information exchange means. SOLUTION: For registering data, a computer generates user registration data, and a data control part 114 executes infrared ray connection with a computer and writes data in a user memory 112. For transmitting facsimile fax data, a fax data storage area in the user memory 112 is reprieved and is displayed in a display part 123. When they can be transmitted, data is transmitted in accordance with opposite party data. For printing data, user registration data is sent to a printer via an infrared I/F 111. Information can be exchanged with an outer device, such as an information processing means which can compile information and a printing means. Data generated at an outer part such as facsimile equipment is registered, and data can be used easily. |
