PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the receiving operation of a system which receives disused home appliances or the like by selectively inputting necessary data by using an ID card and a radio handy terminal. SOLUTION: A vehicle management personal computer 110 reads in the data of the ID card 8b, retrieves trader master data to control a gate controller 10, and also sends the retrieved data to a receiving management personal computer 100. The receiving management personal computer 100 selectively inputs necessary items at an operation request from the radio handy terminal 4 to automatically generate receiving actual result data and also automatically generate even data needed for receiving slip issue. The vehicle management personal computer 110 issues a receiving slip according to the data of the ID card read in a receiving billing device 9 and automatically generates entry/ exiting actual result data on vehicles.
