PURPOSE:To easily and securely deliver a conveyed article from a carry-out section onto a vehicle, by providing a transfer bed between a pair of transfer conveyors on a conveying truck so that the transfer bed can be extended from the carry-out section to a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A transfer bed 20 is protruded from one side of a conveying truck 12 so that the front end of the bed is located between a pair of carry-out conveyor 3. The carry-out conveyors 3 and transfer conveyors 17 are then driven so that a pallet on the carry-out conveyor is moved onto the transfer conveyors and stopped thereon as the pallet is supported at the middle part by the rollers 21 of the transfer bed 20. The transfer bed is moved back onto the truck 12. After that, the transfer bed 20 is displaced to a loading section 4 and carry-in conveyors 6 for a vehicle 5 are made to correspond to the transfer conveyors 17. The transfer bed 20 is placed between the pair of carry-in conveyors 6. The transfer conveyors 17 are driven to transfer the pallet from the conveyors onto the carry-in conveyors 6. The pallet is pushed into the vehicle 5 by pushers 24 on the transfer bed 20. |
