REPLY CONTROL SYSTEM BY CALLER NUMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reply control system or a control system with a caller number by which a suitable service is realized for fields, such as a sales department of a general enterprise or a customer consulting window aiming at improving a customer service and where passing of a phone call addressed to a person leaving its seat is made efficiently in a department, in which a person in charge is decided for each customer. SOLUTION: This system is a replay control system, using a caller number where routing is conducted based on the caller number and a table 201 for a serving person and the state of a serving person corresponding to a caller number. The system has a service function of starting automatic message recording when a state of a serving person indicates absence (corresponding to a substitute person), and a substitute serving person is called to serve a phone call and of transmitting recording contents to a serving person corresponding to a caller number.
