PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shortage of an adhesive agent during processing by a method wherein a TAB tape is composed of three layers, an organic insulating film, an adhesive layer, and a protective film, a part of the adhesive layer on an organic insulating film side is kept cured, and the other part of the adhesive layer on a protective film side is kept semicured. SOLUTION: An organic insulating film, an adhesive agent layer, and a protective film are successively laminated for the formation of a TB tape. Here, a part of the adhesive layer that comes into contact with the organic insulating film is made cured, and the other part of the adhesive layer that comes into contact with the protective film is made simicured. In this way, the adhesive agent layer is changed into a state, depending on its side that comes into contact with the organic insulating film or the protective film, whereby the adhesive agent layer can be improved in adhesive properties, so that the adhesive agent is prevented from breaking at punching or the adhesive agent from being restrained from lacking due to that an adhesive agent layer is separated from the organic insulating film when the protective film is separated.
