PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photoreceptor small in wear in repeating use through a long period, excellent in cleaning property and the durability against scratch, improved in slidability to a blade and free from the deterioration of other properties such as electrical property and coating property by giving a group having charge transfer property to a lubricating material. SOLUTION: In the photoreceptor having a charge transfer material and a charge generating material on a conductive supporting body, at least one kind of the lubricating material having the group having charge transfer property is used. In such a case, the lubricating material is used in a photosensitive layer composed particularly of 2 layers of a charge generating layer and a charge transfer layer (charge moving layer). Concretely, the charge generating layer is formed usually by vapor depositing the charge generating material directly or applying as a dispersion with a binder and casting an organic solvent solution containing the lubricating material having the group having charge transfer property thereon or the charge transfer layer is preferably formed by dissolving a charge transfer medium with the binder and applying the dispersion.
