PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce current consumption without loosing the securing of quick synchronization at the time of restoring from an operation stopping state. SOLUTION: A high resolution time reference generating part 30 outputs a high resolution timing signal 300 of a period TH and a low resolution time reference generating part 20 outputs a low resolution timing signal 200 with a period TL being the integral multiple of the period TH. After receiving an intermittent reception control signal 100 showing the stop of operation, an operation control part 10 controls the operation/stop of a state at the part 30. Information signal generating parts 40, 50 and 60 generate a synchronizing timing information signal 620 by counting the signals 200 and 300 according to the combination substantially matching with an operation stopping time TS being the combination of the low resolution and high resolution timing signals. |
