PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use wire to the end by providing a press roller for pressing a wire being wound on the outer-periphery surface of a winding shaft. SOLUTION: A body base 11 has a winding shaft 12 that freely rotates, and the winding shaft 12 is provided with a groove 14 engaged to a tip part 16 of wire 13 with a rectangular section. In the winding shaft 12, a circular- plate-type guide body 15 is provided, and one side surface of the wire 13 is controlled by rotating with the winding shaft 12. Also, on the otter-periphery surface of the winding shaft 12, a pressure roller 21 that is freely rotated is provided, and the wire 13 is wound on the outer-periphery surface of the winding shaft 12 while the wiring 13 is pressed by the pressure roller 21. The pressure roller 21 is provided by a lever 22 that is freely moved. A cylinder 23 is provided at one end of the lever 22, driving force is supplied from a coil winding drive mechanism being provided in the body base 11 to the cylinder 23 and the winding shaft 12, and the cylinder 23 and the winding shaft 12 are operated. Also, a terminal chuck that is freely rotated is provided on a coil winding guide, and a terminal is retained by the tensile force of a spring. |
