<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize resources or to attain improvement in network performance by dynamically controlling trigger conditions for setting a shortcut at a transmission source edge device corresponding to the state of a destination edge device to accept the shortcut. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a means for reporting the state of present side to the transmission source edge device on the side requesting the shortcut and a means for dynamically controlling the trigger condition for setting the shortcut corresponding to the state of resources reported from the destination edge device on the side to accept the shortcut. Concerning such an edge device, an address solving function part 6 performs the generation of address request message or the like and the management of resource state. A resource managing function part 7 performs the management of resource state or the like to the address solving function part 6 while cooperating with a connection managing part 10 or the like. A flow detecting part 9 detects a flow to become a trigger of the shortcut.</p> |
