<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To en bloc and concentratedly monitor and control air conditioning equipment and illumination equipment by a central monitoring device with a building group equal to or smaller than a middle scale as an object. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a central monitoring device 16 for inputting the measurement data of a watt-hour meter 11 through an optical fiber cable 14, plural pieces of terminal equipment connected to the central monitoring device 16 inside a master station building Z for monitoring and controlling air conditioning equipment 18 and 19 or the like and illumination equipment 17, plural pieces of terminal equipment respectively installed to plural slave station buildings A-G for monitoring and controlling at least the air conditioning equipment such as a package air conditioner PAC and a communication means such as extension telephone lines 20 and 22 and a telephone exchange 21 for connecting the central monitoring device 16 and the terminal equipment inside the slave station buildings A-G. The central monitoring device 16 monitors and controls the used electric amt. of the respective buildings A-G and Z based on the measurement data of the watt-hour meter 11 and also en bloc performs the state monitoring/operation control of the respective equipment connected to the terminal equipment through the respective pieces of the terminal equipment.</p> |
