PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram usable for the purpose of coding information such effective period or usable area of a product and manufacturable in a short time at a low cost by conforming the digital information showing a binary hologram pattern to punch or non-punch, and punching a thin film according to it. SOLUTION: A preliminarily formed binary hologram pattern is imparted to a control computer 2. The control computer 12 controls the emission and non-emission of a laser beam by a punching laser projector 3 on the basis of digital information 0, 1 showing the imparted binary hologram pattern, and controls a thin film holder moving device 6 to move a thin film holder 5 to a proper position for punching a thin film 4. In this case, the punching laser projector 3 is fixed to a surface plate 7 and provided with a condenser lens on the thin film 4-side surface. The punching laser beam is converged to a focus and emitted with a constant output according to the control of the control computer 2.
