PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the pushing force of a spring unit comparatively by working a torque hinge as holding power when a cover is closed and the torque hinge as load when the cover is opened. SOLUTION: When a cover 2 is closed, load synthesized by adding the pushing force of a spring unit 11 and the rotational holding power of a torque hinge 12 reduces load difference with the load of the cover 2 by the rotational holding power of the torque hinge 12, and is balanced with the load of the cover 2. Consequently, the spring unit 11 and the torque hinge 12 are used jointly, the torque hinge 12 functions as holding power when the cover 2 is closed, and the torque hinge functions as load when the cover 2 is opened. Accordingly, since pushing force urged in the upward direction of the spring unit 11 can be reduced comparatively, the spring unit 11 is scaled down, and a device can be miniaturized. |
