PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure fast sampling and slow sampling at random by providing a buffer which converts analog signals at a sampling time set for every channels by an interface so that a device using those data can follow the sampling intervals with time to make constant-interval measurement possible. SOLUTION: An input part 1, a process part 21 and a microcomputer 5 which controls them are provided and analog signals are converted digitally at a sampling time set for every channels set by an interface. A controlled object 4 controlled with those data can follow the sampling intervals with time. When fast sampling data are measured, the data quantity and the sampling time of an FIFO memory are set and at the time of slow sampling, a buffer 3 which does not require the FIFO memory and decreases the data quantity of the FIFO memory to zero is provided to enable constant-interval measurement.
