PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure detector in which reliability of electrical connection between a circuit board and a semiconductor chip can be enhanced even under conditions passibly receiving a significant vibration or impact. SOLUTION: A lower case (case body) 3 is provided with a port 2 for introducing the pressure of a medium to be measured. A base plate 4 is arranged on the pressure introduction port 2. A semiconductor chip 5 arranged on the base plate 4 receives and detects pressure. A circuit board 6 is connected electrically with the semiconductor chip 5 and arranged in the lower case 3 while being positioned on the base plate 4. A board holder 7 is secured to the bottom face of the lower case 3 and holds the circuit board 6.
