PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a stable loading operation scarcely obstructed by a noise generated from a circuit by inhibiting a switching operation of a switch means when an output voltage of a voltage converting means is given to a load. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 7 processes an output signal of a receiver 6, outputs a control signal, locks or unlocks a door of an automobile, processes to read a reception signal (a), and outputs an intermittent operation signal (b) and a control signal (c) of a switching operation. A driving circuit 11 stops its drive in the state that a control transistor Tr4 is ON, or drives in the state that the transistor Tr4 is OFF. While an intermittent circuit 5 is being energized, a switching power source is stopped, power charged in a capacitor is stabilized by a 5V-regulator 4, and supplied. Thus, power consumption of the power source is reduced, the switching operation is controlled, and an influence of the switching noise of a load can be eliminated.
