PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser sheet which has excellent optical characteristics, such as excellent transparency and light resistance, lessens the loss of light, may be easily produced and has improve light resistance in particular. SOLUTION: This condenser sheet 3 consists of an alicyclic structure-contg. thermoplastic resin contg. >=10% repeating unit consisting of an alicyclic structure not having a norbornane ring structure in a repeating unit having the alicyclic structure. The condenser sheet 3 is composed of the specific alicyclic structure-contg. thermoplastic resin and, therefore, the light resistance in particular is improved and the yellowing of the condenser sheet and the degradation in its light transmittance do not occur even in the case of transmitting of light.
