SUBSTANCE: device has base, support with clamps for securing fuel-element insulating core with conducting binding rings, and guide with carriage in the form of carriage-mounting shaft coupled with drive for displacing carriage along shaft axis. Fuel-element insulating core is installed in parallel with guide for rotating about its axis from additional drive kinematically coupled with shaft drive. Binding rings are provided with hooks; fuel-element feeder incorporating set of feeding magazines and roller with threaded grooves is mounted on carriage at certain angle to core axis. EFFECT: improved uniformity of winding fuse element of any shape on core. 1 dwg
