The vehicle seat (14,16) has a hollow structure and is mounted on a slide rail (18). Inside the seat is a pipe (28) the upstream end (38) of which constitutes an air inlet receiving air coming from an outlet orifice (20) belonging to an air distribution circuit (22) which emerges in the floor (12). The pipe downstream end (30) is connected to an aerator (32) carried by the seat.
