The shower cubicle partition consists of at least one fixed side part (1, 4) and horizontally movable sliding panels (2, 3) all suspended from a support and guide rail (6) by means of a continuously and vertically adjustable suspension piece (7, 8). The suspension consists of a round, square, oval or oblong sectioned rod (19) over which grip sleeves which are continuously movable along the rod and which are fixed by fastening and adjusting screws. The sleeve is directly connected by a spacer piece to a shoe (15) for the side part.
