The system comprises a mineral, preferably foamed concrete or foamed mortar, lightweight heat insulation board for fixing on a building wall and a reinforcing material of a light mineral plaster applied onto the board without a reinforcing fabric. An Independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing the above heat insulating composite system.
