The invention relates to a heat-sensitive recording material which has a means of making falsifications detectable. The material comprises support paper with a recording layer on one side containing colour formers and organic colour acceptors which react under the influence of heat. An SC layer is applied to the side of the support paper opposite the recording side. Acceptors and microcapsules with encapsulated colour formers are provided inside said SC layer, said colour formers initiating a colour-forming reaction with the acceptors when pressure is applied.
