<p>Novel TANGO 130 nucleic acid molecules which encode proteins having homology to melanoma-inhibiting protein are disclosed. In addition to TANGO 130 nucleic acid molecules and proteins, the invention further provides isolated TANGO 130 fusion proteins, antigenic peptides and anti-TANGO 130 antibodies. The invention also provides vectors containing nucleic acid molecules of the invention, host cells into which the vectors have been introduced and non-human transgenic animals in which a TANGO 130 gene has been introduced or disrupted. Diagnostic, screening and therapeutic methods utilizing compositions of the invention are also provided.</p> |
